[For notations and terminology cf. the preceding review Zbl 0759.20008.] In the present paper, the author proves that, for fixed odd \(k\), \(D(C^ n_ 2\oplus C_ k)-M(C^ n_ 2\oplus C_ k)\to\infty\) for \(n\to \infty\).
