Let F be a local field of characteristic 2, \({\mathfrak o}\) the ring of integers in F, U the group of units in \({\mathfrak o}\). Let L be a unimodular quadratic lattice over \({\mathfrak o}\) and g(L) the norm group of L and \(\Theta\) the spinor norm map of the proper automorphs \(O^+(L).\) The author proves that if \(g(L)={\mathfrak o}\), then \(\Theta (O^+(L))=U\dot F^ 2\). If dim \(V\geq 4\), \(g(L)=e(\pi^ u{\mathfrak o}^ 2+\pi^ v{\mathfrak o}^ 2)\) where e is a unit, then \(\Theta (O^+(L))=\dot F\) when \(v\leq 0\) and \(\Theta (O^+(L))=U\dot F^ 2\) if \(v=1\) and \(u<0\). For the case of dim V\(=2\), a similar but more complex result is obtained. The three cases above cover all types of unimodular lattices over \({\mathfrak o}\).
