This paper concerns a proof of a result stated in a paper by \textit{A. Kamiński}, \textit{P. Mikusiński}, \textit{H. Sherwood} and \textit{M. D. Taylor} [J. Math. Anal. Appl. 152, No. 1, 252-268 (1990; Zbl 0717.60007)] for doubly stochastic measures supported by a hairpin. If the hairpin is not convex, then it does not necessarily support a doubly stochastic measure.
