In [\textit{F. Adiceam} et al., Adv. Math. 302, 231--279 (2016; Zbl 1400.11117)], a quantitative version of the convergence case of the Khintchine-Groshev theorem for nondegenerate manifolds, motivated by applications to interference alignment, was studied. The present article is devoted to investigations, that are analogues of results described in the last-mentioned article but obtained for the case of affine subspaces. The higher Diophantine exponents are introduced. The proof of the main theorem is split into two separate cases calling the ``big gradient'' and the ``small gradient''. Most of this paper is devoted to the latter case, and involves nondivergence estimates for polynomial like flows on the space of unimodular lattices. Also, the authors assume that the main theorem of this article is true for nondegenerate submanifolds of affine subspaces under the same condition.
