The paper deals with the asymptotic behaviour with respect to a small parameter \(\varepsilon>0\) of the Neumann spectral problem \[ -\Delta v_\varepsilon= \lambda(\varepsilon) v_\varepsilon\quad\text{in }\Omega_\varepsilon, \] \[ {\partial v_\varepsilon\over\partial\nu}= 0\quad\text{on }\partial\Omega_\varepsilon, \] where \(\Omega_\varepsilon\subset \mathbb{R}^3\) is composed of a finite number of disjoint connected domains linked by thin bridges. An asymptotic formula for the eigenvalues which tend to zero is given and it is proved that the rest of the spectrum converges to the spectrum of an elliptic coupled system.
