Quantum deformations of certain prehomogeneous vector spaces. III (Q1572925): Difference between revisions

This paper continues the paper of \textit{A. Kamita, Y. Morita} and \textit{T. Tanisaki} [Quantum deformations of certain prehomogeneous vector spaces. I, Hiroshima Math. J. 28, 527-540 (1998; Zbl 0971.17009)]. Here the classical cases are investigated, and quantum analogues of classical prehomogeneous vector spaces are constructed. Explicit descriptions are also given for the noncommutative counterparts of the defining ideals of the closures of orbits. In particular, quantum analogues of a quadratic form and of the determinant of a symmetric matrix are given. Part II, cf. Osaka J. Math. 37, No. 2, 385-403 (2000; Zbl 0980.17010).
