Let \((N^n,h)\) be an \(n\)-dimensional closed Riemannian manifold endowed with a constant scalar curvature \(s_h\). Let \(f\) be a real function on \((M^m,g)\), an \(m\)-dimensional closed connected Riemannian manifold such that \(s_g\), its scalar curvature, appertains to \(S_f\), the set of real functions which are constant on along the level sets associated to \(f\), and in this case \((M^m,g,f)\) is called an Isoparametric System (IS). Then by assuming that \(n+m\ge 3\) and \(s_g+s_h>0\), the author states that if \((M^m,g,f)\) is an IS, then there exists a nodal solution of the Yamabe equation of \((M^m\times N^n,g+h)\) that belongs to \(S_f\) (Theorem 1.2).
