    The five functionals fixed-point theorem due to \textit{R. I. Avery} [Math. Sci. Res. Hot-Line 3, 9-14 (1999; Zbl 0965.47038)] is applied to obtain the existence of three positive pseudo-symmetric solutions to the three-point boundary value problem for a one-dimensional \(p\)-Laplacian \[ (|u'|^{p-2}u')' + a(t)f(u) = 0, \quad u(0)=0,\;u(\theta) = u(1), \] with \(\theta \in (0,1)\).
