The author studies the Hamilton-Jacobi equation for charged massive particles propagating in nonstationary Kerr-Newman-de Sitter spacetime (i.e. a spacetime containing a Kerr-Newman type black hole with time dependent mass, charge and angular momentum). From these results heuristic statements about the spectrum of the Dirac operator are derived. Quantum field theory is not considered in this paper.
