By employing the continuation theorem of coincidence degree theory, the authors derive sufficient conditions for the existence of periodic solutions to a class of neutral functional-differential equation with deviating arguments of the form \[ (x(t)-cx(t-r))''+f(x'(t))+g(x(t-\tau(t)))=p(t). \]
