This paper is a close continuation of an identically titled paper by \textit{S. Chanas}, \textit{M. Delgadi}, \textit{J. Verdegay} and \textit{M. Vila} [Inf. Sci. 69, 201-217 (1993; Zbl 0778.94013)]. It deals with eight fuzzy relations defined on the set of fuzzy numbers by using some relations between fuzzy and random sets. The main result shows that four of them are strongly transitive.
