The paper introduces the concept of pseudo-\(H\)-ring, i.e., a ring, which is equipped with a family of positive semi-definite (pseudo)-inner product and in which the biadditive associative multiplication is separately continuous. A pseudo-\(H\)-ring is said to be graded, if there is an abelian group \(G\) such that this ring could be considered as a closure of an orthogonal direct sum of closed linear supspaces of \(E\), satisfying some certain condition. In the paper, different sets of closed linear subspaces with different properties are considered in the place of orthogonal direct summands and, in some results, the orthogonal direct sum is replaced by the linear span.
