Let \({\mathcal Z}'(K)\) be the space of Fourier hyperfunctions, \({\mathcal Z}_ K^{\text{tame}}\) be the set of all \(C^ \infty\)-solutions of the heat equation \((\partial_ t-\Delta) u(x,t)=0\) in \(\mathbb{R}_ +^{n+1}\) which satisfy some growth condition. If \(u\in {\mathcal Z}'(K)\) and \[ U(x,t)= u_ y(E(x-y,t)), \qquad t>0,\tag{1} \] \(E(x,t)\) being the \(n\)-dimensional heat kernel, then \(U(x,t)\in {\mathcal Z}_ K^{\text{tame}}\) and \(U(x,t)\to u\) in \({\mathcal Z}'(K)\) as \(t\to 0+\). Conversely, every element in \({\mathcal Z}_ K^{\text{tame}}\) can be expressed in the form (1) with unique element \(u\in {\mathcal Z}'(K)\). This is a contribution to a result of \textit{T. Kawai} and \textit{T. Matsuzawa} [Publ. Res. Inst. Math. Sci., Kyoto Univ. 25, No. 3, 491-498 (1989; Zbl 0696.35066)]. See also the paper by \textit{T. Matsuzawa} [Trans. Am. Math. Soc. 313, No. 2, 619-654 (1989; Zbl 0681.46042)].
