An algebraic GKM manifold \(X\) is a non-singular variety with a torus action that satisfies the following properties. {\parindent=0.7cm\begin{itemize}\item[(1)] The torus action on \(X\) has only finitely many fixed points. \item[(2)] There are only finitely many \(1\)-dimensional orbits. \end{itemize}} Let \(X\) be an algebraic GKM manifold. In this expository paper the equivariant Gromov-Witten invariants of \(X\) are expressed in terms of Hodge integrals over the moduli spaces of stable curves. The torus action on \(X\) induces an action on the moduli space of maps to \(X\). The authors apply the virtual localization formula to express the equivariant Gromov-Witten invariants of \(X\) in terms of contributions from the fixed loci, which correspond to the GKM graphs of \(X\).
