In this paper, an inverse spectral problem for the Dirac operator with an integral delay is studied. By reducing-inverse-problem to a system of nonlinear integral equations, the authors show that the operator can be uniquely recovered from one spectrum. They consider the global solvability of this system and obtain necessary and sufficient conditions of its solvability. The proof is constructive and gives an algorithm for solving the inverse problem.
