This paper investigates the large time asymptotic behavior of solutions to the following energy-critical focusing wave equation in dimension 5 \[ \partial_t^2 u(t,x)=\Delta u(t,x)+f(u(t,x)),\,\,t\in \mathbb{R},\,\,x\in \mathbb{R}^5, \] where \(f(u)=|u|^{\frac{4}{3}}u\) having the critical growth of Sobolev embedding. The main result can be stated as follows: For any \(K\) points \(z_1,\dots,z_K\) distinct two by two in \(\mathbb{R}^5\), there exist positive constants \(c_1,\dots,c_K\) and a solution \((u,\,\partial_t u):\,[0,\,\infty)\to H^1(\mathbb{R}^5)\times L^2(\mathbb{R}^5))\) such that for all \(t>0\), \[ \Big\| u(t)-\sum\limits_{k=1}^K \frac{1}{(c_k t^{-2})^{\frac{3}{2}}}W\Big(\frac{\cdot -z_k}{c_kt^{-2}}\Big)\Big\|_{H^1(\mathbb{R}^5)}+\|\partial_t u(t)\|_{L^2(\mathbb{R}^5)}\leq t^{-\frac{1}{3}}, \] where the constants \(c_k\) are related to the global minimum of some function depending on the distances between the solitons, and \[ W(x)=\Big(1+ \frac{|x|^2}{15}\Big)^{-\frac{3}{2}}. \] This result provides an example of non radial infinite time multiple bubbling in dimension 5, in a context where radial multiple bubbling does not seem possible.
