The authors study a periodic predator-prey system with Holling type III functional response. The prey species can diffuse among two patches but the predator is defined in one patch. By using the continuation theorem of coincidence degree theorem and a Lyapunov functional the authors obtain some sufficient conditions for the existence and global stability of positive periodic solutions.
