In this paper all the algebras are defined over \(\mathbb C\). A complete Hessian algebra is a Hessian algebra \(A\) such that \(A\) is a nilpotent associative algebra. Every incomplete abelian Hessian algebra can be decomposed into a complete abelian Hessian algebra (CAHA for short) and unital abelian Hessian algebra (UAHA). The authors study the structure of the unital abelian Hessian algebras by shown that any UAHA is a hyperbolic extension of a CAHA and invest the structure of CAHA by studying double filtration obtained canonically from lower and upper annihilator series. Finally the authors use this double filtration together with \(j\)-invariant of ternary cubic form to give a complete classification of CAHA up to dimension 6.
