There is much recent interest in ``three critical theorems'' and applications. One such result \textit{B. Ricceri} [Nonlinear Anal., Theory Methods Appl., Ser. A, Theory Methods 70, No.~9 (A), 3084--3089 (2009; Zbl 1214.47079)] is extended here to certain non-smooth functionals. Two remarkable applications are presented, both concerning with differential inclusions; the first is about a non-homogeneous Neumann boundary value problem while the second treats a quasilinear elliptic inclusion problem in the Euclidian space \(\mathbb{R}^N\).
