The theory of non-autonomous bifurcation is receiving much research in the last years. This paper is a nice contribution to this interesting area. In particular, the author shows the bifurcation phenomena when a dominant spectral interval crosses the stability boundary. This fact produces a two-step bifurcation scenario, following previous results studied in the random case. Bifurcations are understood as a change in the number od bounded complete solutions as the parameter changes.
