In the present paper the authors prove that for each prime number \(p\) satisfying \(p\equiv 2, 5\pmod{9}\) at least one of \(3p\) and \(3p^2\) is a sum of two cubes of rational numbers. The result is obtained via construction of an appropriate nontrivial Heegner point.
