The authors deal with the inverse problems of determining the multiple cavity \(\Sigma \) of following Neumann problem \[ \operatorname {div}(A\nabla u)= \Omega\setminus \Sigma, \] \[ \begin{aligned} A\nabla u \cdot \nu&=0 \quad\text{on }\partial \sigma_i,\qquad i=1, 2, \cdots\\ A\nabla u \cdot \nu&=\psi \quad\text{on } \partial \Omega\end{aligned} \] when given \(\Omega , A \) and \( \psi \), the potential \( u\) is measured on an open portion \(\Gamma\) of the exterior boundary \(\partial \Omega \) The authors firstly prove an inverse Hölder estimate on function \(f = u + iv\), then derive stability estimates for a Cauchy type problem, finally illustrate an example showing the optimality of the stability estimates, and show that logarithmic stability is the best possible, when all pairs of boundary measurements \(\{ u|_{\partial \Omega} , A \nabla u \cdot \nu|_ {\partial \Omega} \}\) are available.
