    The article is devoted to foliations of manifolds which are asymptotic to anti-de Sitter-Schwarzschild metrics with positive mass. These manifolds appear naturally in connection with Einstein's equation with negative cosmological constant. A uniqueness theorem about foliations by stable spheres with constant mean curvature is demonstrated. By definition, \((M,g)\) is an asymptotically anti-de Sitter-Schwarzschild manifold with mass \(m\) if, for some compact set \(K\), the difference \(M\setminus K\) is diffeomorphic to \({\mathbb R}^3\setminus B\), where \(B\) is a ball. Its metric in spherical coordinates is: \(g=dr^2+(\sinh ^2r + m/[3 \sinh r] + O (\exp (-3r))g_0\), where \(g_0\) denotes the standard metric on \(S^2\). Technically, for the proof Kazdan-Warner's identity is used.
