Let \(E,\) \(E_1\) be reflexive separable Banach spaces; \(K \subset E\) a nonempty convex closed subset; \(A : D(A) \subset E_1 \to E_1\) an infinitesimal generator of a \(C_0\)-semigroup. For a given \(\phi : K \to (-\infty, +\infty];\) \(G : K \to P(E^\star);\) \(B : [0,T] \times E_1 \to \mathcal{L}(E,E_1);\) \(f : [0,T] \times E_1 \to E_1;\) and \(g : [0,T] \times E_1 \to E^\star\), by using fixed point arguments, the authors consider the existence of a mild solution \(x : [0,T] \to E_1\) to the following problem: \[ \begin{cases} ^CD^\alpha_t x(t) = Ax(t) + f(t,x(t)) + B(t,x(t))u(t) \quad \text{a.e.} \,\, t \in (0,T);\\ x(0) = x_0, \end{cases} \] where \(^CD^\alpha_t\) denotes the Caputo derivative of a fractional order \(\alpha\) and \(u : [0,T] \to K\) is subject to the following quasi-variational inequality: \[ \langle u^\star + g(t,x(t)), v - u(t)\rangle +\phi (v) + \phi (u(t)) \geq 0 \quad \text{for all } v \in K, \] with \(u^\star \in G(u(t)).\)
