    For the system \[ \begin{aligned} & \frac{dx_i(t)}{dt}=x_i(t)\left(c_i(t)-a_i(t)x_i(t)-\sum_{j=1}^n\sum_{l=1}^m a_{ij}^l(t)x_j(t-\tau_l)\right),\quad t\geq t_0,1\leq i\leq n,\\ & x_i(t)=\phi_i(t)\geq 0, \quad t\leq t_0 ,\quad \phi_i(t_0)>0, 1\leq i\leq n, \end{aligned} \] the author obtains sufficient explicit conditions which imply that \[ \limsup_{t\rightarrow\infty} x_i(t)\leq A<\infty,\quad \liminf_{t\rightarrow\infty} x_i(t)\geq B>0, \] where \(A\) and \(B\) depend only on parameters of the system.
