Oseledets regularity functions quantify the deviation of the growth associated with a dynamical system along its Lyapunov bundles from the corresponding uniform exponential growth. The precise degree of regularity of these functions is unknown. In this paper, the author shows that for every invariant Lyapunov bundle of a volume-preserving \(C^2\) Anosov flow \(\Phi = \{ f_t \}\) on a closed smooth Riemannian manifold \(M\), the corresponding Oseledets regularity functions are in \(L^{p}(m)\), for some \(p > 0\), where \(m\) is the probability measure defined by the volume form on \(M\). More precisely, let \(\Delta(x, t) = \text{exp} \{ \int_0^t u(f_s x) \, ds \}\) be a multiplicative cocycle over the flow \(\Phi\). It is proved that if \(u \in L^\infty(m)\), then for every \(\epsilon > 0\), the corresponding \((u, \epsilon)\)-regularity function \(D_\epsilon = \sup_{t\geq0} \frac{\Delta(x, t)}{e^{(\chi+\epsilon)t}}\) belongs to \(L^p(m)\) for some \(p > 0\). An analogous result for essentially bounded cocycles over the flow \(\Phi\) is also proved.
