The configuration space of four points on the standard CR 3-sphere up to CR-automorphisms is a real 4-dimensional variety, see also [\textit{E. Falbel}, Topology Appl. 154, No. 6, 1041--1052 (2007; Zbl 1112.57002); J. Differ. Geom. 79, No. 1, 69--110 (2008; Zbl 1148.57025)]. The existence of natural complex and CR structures on this space is established.
