Let \(H\) be a non-empty set. A map from \(H\times H\) into the non-empty subsets of \(H\) is called a hyperoperation. The image of \((a,b)\) is denoted by \(ab\). Various notions generalize, one way or another, basic properties of groups. One such notion are polygroups. The authors study \(n\)-polygroups, where \(ab\) has at most \(n\) elements. In particular, they classify all \(2\)-polygroups of order \(4\) in a case by case study. The examples are given by computer generated multiplication tables. A Krasner hyperfield \((R,+,\cdot)\) consists of a commutative polygroup \((R,+)\) and a group \((R\setminus\{0\}, \cdot)\) together with a distributive law. The authors describe all Krasner hyperfields of order \(4\) by tables. The examples are computer generated.
