The authors consider the direct and inverse scattering problem for obstacles with mixed Dirichlet and Robin boundary conditions when sound-soft and sound-hard scatters are a-priori geometrically separated. Following the idea of the factorization method proposed by \textit{A. Kirsch} [Inverse Probl. 14, No. 6, 1489--1512 (1998; Zbl 0919.35147); Appl. Anal. 76, No.3--4, 319--350 (2000; Zbl 1028.35167)], the authors derive an explicit and fast obstacle visualization. Also they give some numerical examples and discuss the analytical and numerical aspects of the obstacle reconstruction with this method.
