It is established a correspondence between the singular solutions to an elliptic equation in a ball and those to an equation in \(R^ n\). For this is used the generalized Kelvin transformation, introduced by \textit{J. Serrin} and \textit{H. F. Weinberger} [Am. J. Math. 88, 258-272 (1966; Zbl 0137.070)], and some previous results of the author.
