    Let $\Omega\subset\mathbb{R}^N$ be a bounded domain. The solution $u=u(x)$ of the problem \[ \begin{cases} \Delta u=-f&\text{in }\Omega\\ \frac{\partial u}{\partial \nu}+\beta(x)u=0&\text{on }\partial\Omega \end{cases} \] is compared with the solution $v=v(x)$ of the symmetrized problem \[ \begin{cases} \Delta v=-f^\sharp&\text{in }B\\ \frac{\partial v}{\partial \nu}+\bar\beta v=0&\text{on }\partial B \end{cases} \] where $B$ is a ball with volume $|B|=|\Omega|$, $f^\sharp$ is the Schwarz rearrangement of $f$, and the constant $\bar\beta$ comes from \[ \operatorname{area}(\partial B)=\bar\beta\int_{\partial\Omega}\frac{d\mathcal{H}^{N-1}(x)}{\beta x}. \] The main result is that under the extra condition \[ \int_E f dx\leq \left(\frac{|E|}{|\Omega|}\right)^{1-\frac2N} \int_\Omega f dx, \quad E\subset\Omega, \] we have \[ \|u\|_{L^1(\Omega)}\leq \|v\|_{L^1(B)}. \] Also the case when $\beta=\infty$ on a portion of $\partial\Omega$ is included.
