The authors study the characterization problem of the \(k\)-box Carleson measures for the Hilbert-Hardy space \(H^2(T_{\Omega})\), where \(T_{\Omega}=V+i\Omega\) is the tube domain over the irreducible symmetric cone \(\Omega\) (a symmetric Siegel domain of type I). In the setting of a general tube domain over a symmetric cone, the authors obtain a full characterization of the measures of the form \(\varphi(y)dxdy\) which are Carleson measures for \(H^2(T_{\Omega})\). In the same setting, for large derivatives (\(k\)-box with \(k>(n/r-1)/2\), where \(n=\dim V\) and \(r=\text{rank}\Omega\)), the authors also obtain a full characterization of the general positive measures for which the corresponding embedding operator is continuous. Finally, in the case of Lorentz cone of dimension three, the authors show that the problem of embedding derivatives of the Hilbert-Hardy space into Lebesgue spaces reduces to the characterization of Carleson measures for Hilbert-Bergman spaces of the upper-half plane or the product of two uppper-half planes.
