One of the key ideas of Clifford analysis (see for example [\textit{R. Delanghe} et al., Clifford algebra and spinor-valued functions. A function theory for the Dirac operator. Related REDUCE software by \textit{F. Brackx} and \textit{D. Constales}. Dordrecht etc.: Kluwer Academic Publishers. (1992; Zbl 0747.53001)]) is that the first order Dirac operator factorizes the second order Laplace operator. In this paper, the authors find a factorization of integer power of the Laplace operator acting on functions taking values in higher spin representations. The factorization involves a higher spin Dirac operator that generalizes the Rarita-Schwinger operator. Extensions of Clifford analysis tools to higher spin representations have been studied for example by \textit{J. Bureš} [Complex Variables, Theory Appl. 43, No. 1, 77--108 (2000; Zbl 1026.58025)], \textit{J. Bureš} et al. [Ann. Global Anal. Geom. 21, No. 3, 215--240 (2002; Zbl 1025.58013)], \textit{P. Van Lancker} [Complex Var. Elliptic Equ. 51, No. 5--6, 563--579 (2006; Zbl 1117.30041)] and \textit{D. Eelbode} and \textit{D. Šmid} [Ann. Acad. Sci. Fenn., Math. 34, No. 2, 637--649 (2009; Zbl 1227.15022)].
