Let \(\Omega\subset\mathbb R^N\) be an uniformly regular domain of class \(C^1\). The paper is concerned with the following problem (P): \[ \partial _tu=\Delta u,\quad x\in\Omega,t>0, \] and \[ \nabla u\cdot\nu (x)=|u|^{p-1}u,\quad x\in\partial\Omega,t>0, \] and the initial condition \[ u(x,0)=\varphi(x),\quad x\in\Omega, \] where \(N\geq 1,p>1\), and \(\nu\) is the outer unit normal vector to \(\partial\Omega\). The authors recall the definitions of spaces \(L^r_{\mathrm{uloc},\rho}(\Omega)\), \(1\leq r<\infty\), equipped with the norm \(\|.\|_{r,\rho}\), and state the definition of a \(L^r_{\mathrm{uloc}}(\Omega)\)-solution to (P). They present sufficient assumptions on the data, in order that there exist \(r,\rho\) such that (P) possesses a \(L^r_{\mathrm{uloc}}(\Omega)\)-solution in \(\Omega\times [0,\mu\rho^2]\), satisfying inequalities of the form \[ \sup_{0<t<\mu\rho^2}\|u(t)\|_{r,\rho} [\text{resp. }\sup_{0<t<\mu\rho^2} t^{\frac{N}{2r}}\|u(t)\|_{L^{\infty}(\Omega)}]\leq C \|\varphi\|_{r,\rho}, \] where \(C\) and \(\mu\) are constants depending only on \(N,\Omega, p, r,\) (Theorem 1.2.). Lower estimates of the blow-up time and the blow-up rate, for problem (P), are given in the last section of the paper.
