The purpose of this paper is to classify nonsingular flows with transverse similarity structures satisfying certain auxiliary conditions. We consider such flows as foliations with transverse similarity structures and the classification is done in this viewpoint. A motivation for this study is as follows. In [ibid., No. 1, 141-150 (1992; Zbl 0751.57016)], the author investigated the qualitative properties of foliations with transverse similarity structures and gave an analogy of Sacksteder's theorem [\textit{R. Sacksteder}, Am. J. Math. 87, 79-102 (1965; Zbl 0136.20903)] on codimension one foliations. Furthermore for such foliations, \textit{K. Matsuda} [Hokkaido Math. J. 21, No. 1, 151-158 (1992; Zbl 0751.57014)] gave an analogy of a theorem of Hector and Duminy on codimension one foliations. So we are interested in concrete examples of foliations with transverse similarity structures.
