The authors list a plausible set of inferences that should or should not hold for relevant (and more particularly paraconsistent) resticted quantification, before evaluating different options for interpreting: all alphas are betas, some alphas are betas and no alphas are betas. Standard options suffice for ``some'' and ``no'', but they conclude that for the ``all'' a new conditional is required. They define an enthymematic conditional which appropriately satisfies or fails to satisfy the listed inferences.
