This paper extends recent results of the author [J. Integral Equations Appl. 4, No. 3, 443-463 (1992; Zbl 0764.65088)] obtained for singular integral equations of negative index on an interval to equations of index zero or one. He describes a numerical method based on Chebyshev quadrature and singularity subtraction at the endpoints of the interval by means of Hermite-type interpolating polynomials. The paper presents numerical experiments, but gives no convergence analysis.
