It is shown that Hardy-Littlewood constants are interpreted as special values of certain naturally constructed Euler products. These constants appeared in the famous Hardy-Littlewood conjectures generalizing the twin prime conjecture. In the case of the twin prime constant C, the associated Euler product is \(Z(s)=(1-2^{-s})\prod_{p odd}(1-2p^{- s}),\) and we have the following Taylor expansion around \(s=1:\) \(Z(s)=C(s- 1)^ 2+(higher\) order terms). It is remarked that Z(s) is meromorphic in \(Re(s)>0\) with the natural boundary \(Re(s)=0\). A simple functional equation for the Selberg zeta-function of a compact Riemann surface is noticed also.
