    The Rayleigh type p-Laplacian equation of the form \[ (\varphi_{p} (x' (t)))^\prime + f ( t,x' (t)) + g(t,x(t)) = e(t) \] is considered. Existence and uniqueness of T-periodic solutions for this equation are proved. A numerical example is given.
