Non-discrete simple locally compact groups (Q1620854): Difference between revisions

The author studies simple Lie groups and simple algebraic groups over local fields as members of a much broader class, denoted by \(\mathcal S\), comprising all non-discrete, compactly generated, locally compact groups that are topologically simple.
