The rank referred to in the title is Cantor-Bendixson rank -- the authors construct a \(\Pi^ 0_ 1\) class whose sole limit point (in the Cantor- space topology) is a cohesive set. This is accomplished via a \(\Delta^ 0_ 3\) argument.
