This article develops a multi-product, multi-criteria network model with capacity constraints with the aim, among others, to study its equilibrium. The article begins with an overview of the existing literature, followed by a section of preliminaries, where the properties of a multi-product, multi-criteria network are established. The equilibrium existence conditions for this model are studied and several theorems and examples are presented. The fourth section presents an equivalent formulation of the model via serialization, which is then solved with the use of a novel algorithm. The article concludes with a section containing the results of numerical experimentation with the developed algorithm.
