The authors use general matrix inversion techniques to find \(U(n+1)\) generalizations of the bibasic summation theorems of Gosper and Gasper [\textit{G. Gasper}, Trans. Am. Math. Soc. 312, No. 1, 257-277 (1989; Zbl 0664.33010], to extend Gasper's result to a \(U(n+1)\) quadbasic transformation formula, and to derive a \(U(n+1)\) generalization of a \(q\)-analog of Abel's binomial theorem.
