    The authors introduce a new Ulam-type stability concept for the following semilinear differential equations with non-instantaneous impulses: \[ \begin{aligned} x'(t)&= f(t,x(t)),\quad t\in(s_i,t_{i+1}], \quad i=0,1,2,\dots,m,\\ x(t) &= g_i(t,x(t)),\quad t\in(t_i,s_i],\quad i=1,2,\dots,m \end{aligned} \] where \(0=t_0=s_0<t_1\leq s_1\leq t_2<\dots<s_{m-1}\leq t_m\leq s_m\leq t_{m+1}=T\) are pre-fixed numbers, \(f: [0,T]\times \mathbb{R}\to\mathbb{R}\) is continuous, and \(g_i:[t_i,s_i]\times\mathbb{R}\to\mathbb{R}\) is continuous for all \(i=1,2,\dots,m\).
