The authors classify by a computer search all semifields of order \(3^{5}=243\) up to the standard \(S_{3}\)-action. Nine ``Knuth-orbits'' are found. Two of these are new. All the semifields are primitive. Six semifields out of the nine Knuth-orbits contain the field of order \(9\) as a subsemifield, and are thus fractional dimensional.
