Conformally invariant functionals of a hypersurface immersed in a Riemannian manifold are studied. The main result is the following: Theorem. Let \(x: M^n\to N^{n+1}\) be a hypersurface immersed in a Riemannian \((n+1)\)-dimensional manifold \(N^{n+1}\). Then for any integer \(r\), \(2\leq r\leq n\), the functional \[ W_r(M)= \begin{cases} \int_M Q^{n/r}_r \,dM, & r< n\text{ and is odd},\\ \int_M|Q_r|^{n/r}\,dM, & r< n\text{ and is even},\\ \int_M Q_r \,dM, & r= n,\end{cases} \] where \[ Q_r= \sum^r_{k=0} (-1)^{k+1} {r\choose k}\delta^{r-k}_1\delta_k, \] is a conformal invariant of the hypersurface \(M^n\). The variational problem related to the obtained class of conformally invariant functionals is considered.
