    This paper considers the dynamics of cellular automata as specific dynamic systems. For them there are defined so-called domains which have some regularity structures. Particles are defined as sets of finite words with special properties. Particle interactions are then defined and upper bounds on their number are obtained. Some examples are analyzed.
