Let \(G\) be a group and \(\mathrm{Aut}(G)\) be its automorphism group. The holomorph group \(Hol(G)\) is by definition the semi-direct product \(G\rtimes \mathrm{Aut}(G)\). There is an embedding \(E:\mathrm{Hol}(G)\to \mathrm{Aut}(G*\mathbb{Z})\), and therefore a split group extension \((G*\mathbb{Z})\rtimes (\mathrm{Hol}(G))\). Define inductively \(\mathcal{H}_{(n)}(G)\) as follows: \(\mathcal{H}_{(0)}(G)=G\), \(\mathcal{H}_{(1)}(G)=\mathrm{Hol}(G)\) and for \(n\geq 2\) \(\mathcal{H}_{(n)}(G)=(G*F_{n-1})\rtimes (\mathcal{H}_{(n-1)}(G))\) where \(F_n\) denotes the free group on \(n\) generators. Here \(\mathcal{H}_{(n-1)}(G)\) is considered as a subgroup of \(\mathrm{Aut}(G*F_{n-1})\) via the embedding \(E\) (iteratively). This paper is concerned with the case \(G=F_2\). The main theorem is the following: {Theorem.} The groups \(\mathcal{H}_{(n)}(F_2)\wr V\) satisfy the Farrell-Jones isomorphism conjecture with coefficients in an additive category for every \(n\) and every finite group \(V\). As a consequence the Authors prove that for \(n\geq 2\) the \(K\)-theory groups \(\widetilde{K}_i(\mathbb{Z}[\mathcal{H}_{(n)}])\) are infinitely generated abelian 2-groups for \(i=0,1\).
