The \(\theta\)-closed hull \([A]_{\theta}\), denoted in this paper by \(\overline{A}^{\theta}\), of a subset \(A\) of a space \(X\) is the smallest \(\theta\)-closed set containing \(A\). In 1993, \textit{F. Cammaroto} and \textit{L. Kočinac} [Facta Univ., Ser. Math. Inf. 8, 77--85 (1993; Zbl 0823.54002)] introduced the \(\theta\)-bitightness \(bt_{\theta}(X)\) of a Urysohn space \(X\) and proved that \(|\overline{A}^{\theta}|\leq |A|^{bt_{\theta}(X)}\) for any \(A\subset X\). In this paper, the authors define two new cardinal invariants of this kind, the finite \(\theta\)-bitightness \(fbt_{\theta}(X)\) and \(\theta\)-bitightness small number \(bts_{\theta}(X)\), and prove some cardinal inequalities involving these two functions. The function \(bts_{\theta}(X)\) is defined for any space \(X\) and satisfies \(bts_{\theta}(X)\leq fbt_{\theta}(X) \leq bt_{\theta}(X)\) whenever \(fbt_{\theta}(X)\) and \(bt_{\theta}(X)\) are defined. It is proved that \(|\overline{A}^{\theta}|\leq |A|^{bts_{\theta}(X)}\) for each subset \(A\) of a space \(X\). Some applications to \(P\)-spaces and almost Lindelöf spaces are discussed.
