A theorem of Schilling states that the valuation of a Henselian field \(F\) uniquely extends to any finite dimensional skew-field \(D\) with center \(F\). This result was extended by \textit{P. M. Cohn} [Stud. Sci. Math. Hung. 16, 65-70 (1981; Zbl 0508.16018)] and the second author who gave a precise criterion [Proc. Am. Math. Soc. 98, 20-22 (1986; Zbl 0601.12028)] for arbitrary fields \(F\) with a valuation \(v\). \textit{P. Morandi} [J. Algebra 122, No. 1, 232-243 (1989; Zbl 0676.16017)] proved that \(v\) extends to \(D\) if and only if \(F_h\otimes_FD\) is again a skew-field, where \(F_h\) denotes the Henselization of \(F\). In the present paper, these results are generalized to central simple algebras with an involution.
